In the event of a change in the price of fuel, UPS may add or modify a surcharge on rates of such an amount as it may reasonably consider reflects the consequental increase in its direct operating cost. UPS uses an index-based fuel surcharge, as well as saturday delivery surcharge and remote area surcharge .This surcharge is reviewed monthly.
